Laura Delaney is a securities industry professional with 26 years of experience across trading, sales, and institutional trading solutions. She began her career at Knight Securities, advanced to global equity trading, and joined Virtu Financial (formerly ITG) in 2007. Her work focuses on trading technology, client coverage, and low-touch execution and liquidity solutions for domestic and international institutional clients.
Laura is an active leader within the Security Traders Association, serving on the STA National Board of Governors and as Chair of the Women in Finance Committee, where she helped launch the national mentorship program and expand professional development initiatives. She also serves as Co-Vice President of DSTA and is recognized for her client-first approach and dedication to advancing engagement across the trading community.
