About me
Anastacia Villis is a member of the business development team at IEX, where she works with market participants across the evolving electronic trading landscape. She began her career at Nasdaq in Equity Capital Markets, supporting IPO activity, before transitioning to market data sales. Prior to joining IEX, Anastacia spent a year at MCAP, where she maintained and developed relationships with broker-dealer clients. A graduate of Northeastern University, Anastacia brings a well-rounded perspective shaped by experience across capital markets, market data, and trading. She also serves on the board of the DSTA, where she leads its Young Professionals and Women in Finance initiatives, creating opportunities for connection, mentorship, and meaningful dialogue within the industry.
