Flavia Vehbiu is the Deputy General Counsel of OTC Markets Group, where she drives the company’s regulatory and policymaking initiatives. Prior to joining OTC Markets, Flavia worked at Cahill Gordon & Reindel LLP in New York, where she represented issuers and underwriters in a range of debt and equity capital markets transactions. She also spent time at a private markets fintech startup, advising on fund formation and securities regulatory matters.
Flavia earned her J.D. from UCLA and graduated summa cum laude from George Washington University with a B.A. in Economics.
