Sheila Zak is Managing Director of Member Services and Participant Solutions at OCC, the foundation for secure markets and the only company that clears and settles every listed-options trade in the United States. Sheila leads the team responsible for ensuring OCC’s member firms and market participants have the support, access, and responsiveness they need throughout the full relationship lifecycle — from onboarding through day-to-day operations. She also leads the product development team which develops and enhances the products delivered to exchange partners and clearing firms.
Sheila has spent the majority of her 25-year career at OCC, building deep expertise across options, futures, and the clearing process. She joined the firm in 2001 advancing through roles of increasing responsibility over the years, each expanding her scope over clearing member relationships, onboarding, and operational risk.
Sheila also leads the OCC Operations Roundtable and is a member of the FIA Operations Americas Board.
